2. REVISED GOLF AND BUGGY RATES
Kindly note that the golf and buggy rates have been revised with effect from 1st May 2010. Please refer to our website at http://www.tpgr.com/golfpromotions.php.
3. MST GOLF MERCHANDISE
MST Golf will cease their operation at the 2nd Clubhouse with effect from 1st July 2010.
Golfers may still purchase their merchandise at the main clubhouse MST Pro Shop on Mondays & Tuesdays from 11.00am – 8.00pm and Wednesdays – Sundays from 7.00am – 8.00pm.
4. RAIN CHECK SUBJECT TO ADMINISTRATION FEE
Kindly note that all rain checks redemption will be subject to RM1.00 administration fee.
5. RAIN CHECK POLICY
Kindly note that no rain checks will be issued for promotion rates.
A. Issuance of Rain Check
- A rain check voucher will be issued whenever the golf course is closed for more than 1 hour due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of the Golfing Manager.
- Rain check vouchers will only be issued on weekends and public holidays rates.
- Rain check vouchers will be issued based on the following:
i) Before Tee-off - Full rain check (18-hole green & buggy fees)
ii) After Tee-off - Half rain check (9-hole green fee only)
(9 holes and below)
iii) After registration but have not teed off for members - 18 hole buggy fees only
- Rain check vouchers will not be issued for any promotional rates, packages or during competition. Issuance of any rain check for promotional rates before tee-off is at the discretion of the Golfing Manager.
- All rain check vouchers do not include the compulsory daily golfer’s insurance.
B. Redemption of Rain Check Voucher
- The rain check voucher may be used to redeem a golf game on weekdays/weekends and public holidays.
- Half rain check voucher (9-hole green fee only) may be utilized for 9-hole game. In the event that guest/visitor would like to play a full 18-hole golf game, he/she may top up the balance amount as per the following:
i) RM95.00+ (weekend) include green and buggy fees at any 3 course.
ii) RM35.00+ (weekday) include green and buggy fees at any 3 course.
C. Terms & Conditions of Rain Check Voucher
- This voucher is valid within the validity period only and is not extendable.
- This voucher may be redeemed within the validity period subject to course availability.
- This voucher is not exchangeable for cash or other entitlements and will not be replaced if damaged or lost.
- This voucher is good for one time use only (in-house consumption only) and no refund of any unused balance will be given.
- Balance of bill not covered by this voucher must be paid in cash or credit card and cannot be charged to member's account.
- Vouchers cannot be combined to settle the same bill. Only 1 voucher is redeemable per visit.
- This voucher is not transferable.
- This voucher cannot be used to offset any outstanding account balances.
- This voucher cannot be used with any other promotion, discounts, preferred rates or during festive seasons.
- This voucher cannot be used to settle any bills relating to accommodations/sports & recreations/concessionaire outlets/food & beverage/functions/banquets or tournaments arranged through the Banquet Sales Department/Golf Department.
- Members' discount is not applicable with this voucher.
- Tanjong Puteri Golf Resort reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
- The decision of Tanjong Puteri Golf Resort on all matters relating to this offer will be at their absolute discretion and will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
- Tanjong Puteri Golf Resort and its employees are hereby indemnified against any action taken by the member or their accompanying guests in relation to the redemption of this voucher.
